View was absolutely stunning, breakfast was super, and beds were good. The location was good for walking around La Cite du Vin Museum. A shopping area and a bakery were right next door...
Hard to think of anything!

It is very modern and very interesting - the breakfast is fabulous and the rooms very different and fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
We did not mind but it is a bit off the beaten path. In fact the walk is wonderful down the redone waterfront and the hotel is quiet.

Seeko'o Hotel is a hidden gem in Bordeaux. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary breakfast and a bottle of champagne, setting the tone for a special stay. The room had a unique contemporary decor and lighting system, providing a refreshing change from the norm. The hotel's location was perfect, with fantastic shops, restaurants, and bars just across the road. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for places to eat. I had a fantastic experience at Seeko'o Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The room was very comfortable. It had a huge bed and double bathtub/shower so felt very spacious. Whilst it was slightly outside of the centre of Bordeaux, it was easily accessible by tram.
The room was somewhere in between business smart and porn palace - the bathroom being separated from the bedroom only by fluffy hanging cables and the most part of the bedroom ceiling being covered with a reflective black panel resembling a big mirror. We were staying there for leisure, but it had more the feel of a business hotel - quite lacking in character and with a very sterile feel to it.

The reception staff was not very friendly, just talking on the phone and letting us wait for more than 15 minutes to chock in/out

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a trendy suburb along the river. There were lovely cafes just down the road towards town, making it convenient to grab a quick bite or relax with a cup of coffee. The staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available and willing to assist with any requests we had. The room amenities were outstanding, from the ironing facilities for quick touch-ups to the in-room safe for added security. We also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the mini-bar stocked with refreshments. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, making our visit truly enjoyable.
The only downside we experienced was the customer service during the night and morning shifts before check-out. It seems that the staff during these times were not as attentive or helpful as the rest of the team.

I expected the Relaxation room to have more than it did

The facility is good, but the reflecting ceiling looks a little bit horrible, I was scared to see my shadow up from the ceiling.

Breakfast with juices, yogurts and pastries. Marvellous and unbeatable location to a vertical - lift bridge.

The location was great with easy access to the boardwalk and a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was really good and had a nice selection of food to choose from. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim which made it difficult to read at night. our request for twin beds was not accommodated initially and it took some time for it to be rectified.
